How it works

Getting help should feel simple.

You don't need to know what to ask for. No forms to start — just a conversation.

  1. Reach us

Come in, call, or message us. You can bring someone with you if you'd like.

  2. Tell us what's happening

In English or Punjabi. We listen first and ask questions after.

  3. We'll take it from here

We help — or we find the people who can, and introduce you ourselves.

Before you come

Bring what you have. Come even if you have nothing.

Papers can help us understand what's going on, but you don't need any of them to get started.

What may be useful

  • An ID
  • Letters you have received
  • Bills, school or clinic forms

Your privacy matters

We ask only what we need to help you, and we keep it between us.

  • Nothing you tell us goes anywhere else without your say-so.
  • We never sell or trade your information.

If someone else can help more

We'll say so, and we'll tell you who can.

  • When we can, we'll make the introduction for you.
  • Dial 211 any time for services across Fresno County.

“You don't have to do this alone.”
